At Vibha Designs, we take great care in creating and delivering every product. Due to the personal and customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase, so we do offer replacements under certain conditions.

How to Request a Replacement

- Include clear photos of the product and the issue for faster resolution.
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the replacement process.
Important Notes
- Replacement requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible.
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received when requesting a replacement.
- Refunds are not provided; only replacements are processed in the cases mentioned above.
